WARRANTY AND ORDER FORM PROVISIONS
Your Santa Barbara greenhouse and all controls will be carefully inspected at the factory. We will replace any parts which are defective in material or workmanship, except for controls which are warranted by the manufacturer, for 1 year. Polycarbonate is warranted for 10 years.
When you receive your greenhouse, examine it. Each item must be exactly as described. If you are not fully satisfied with your greenhouse, return it in the same condition as received within 10 days and your entire purchase price will be refunded promptly, less shipping charges.
We have been building Santa Barbara Greenhouses here in California since 1972 with one purpose in mind: to build the best greenhouse we can for the home gardener at the lowest possible cost to the customer.
